ABOUT THE MEN'S MIND CAVE

A safe, confidential space for men to talk — without judgement — especially during separation, loss, and major life change.

The Men’s Mind Cave is an online men’s support group where you can speak openly, be heard, and feel understood — or simply listen — particularly if you’re carrying emotional weight after separation, relationship breakdown, or time away from your children.

We meet on Zoom every other Tuesday evening.
Camera on or off. No pressure. No fixing. Just real conversation — at your own pace.

What The Men’s Mind Cave Is

The Men’s Mind Cave is a supportive online space for men who want to:

  • Talk honestly about life, stress, relationships, separation, and purpose

  • Feel less alone with what’s going on in their head — especially after family or relationship breakdown

  • Build self-awareness, confidence, and emotional strength during difficult transitions

  • Connect with other men in a respectful, grounded environment

You don’t need to have the “right words”.
You don’t need to be at breaking point.
You don’t need to have it all figured out after separation or loss.
You’re welcome exactly as you are.

Who This Is For

This space is for men who are:

  • Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or under pressure

  • Struggling silently and tired of carrying everything alone

  • Experiencing anxiety, low mood, or emotional shutdown

  • Questioning their direction, purpose, or identity — especially after separation

  • Dealing with the emotional impact of divorce, breakup, or being separated from their children

  • Simply wanting a place to talk without judgement

You don’t need to be “good at talking”.
Listening is always welcome.

How It Works

  • First session is free, after that you pay as a member

  • Sessions are facilitated by Simon and structured, but relaxed — with sensitivity to what men are carrying internally

  • You may speak, share a little, or just listen

  • Everything shared in the group is treated with respect and confidentiality

Each session usually includes:

  • A short welcome and grounding
  • A theme or gentle prompt
  • Open sharing and discussion
  • A calm close

There’s no pressure to perform or fix anything.

What This Is — And What It Isn’t

    This is:

    • A supportive men’s group

    • A space for conversation, reflection, and self-awareness

    • Guided, but not forced

    This isn’t:

    • A crisis or emergency mental health service

    • A replacement for medical or psychiatric care

If you’re in immediate distress or danger, please contact emergency services or a mental health professional in your area.

    About Simon

Hi, I'm Simon — Clinical Hypnotherapist and Breathwork Coach.

I created The Men’s Mind Cave because I know what it’s like to go through difficult periods in life — including separation and the emotional impact that comes with it — and feel like you have to deal with everything alone.

Over the years, I’ve trained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Breathwork Coach, and I facilitate these sessions with a calm, grounded approach that helps men feel safe opening up — at their own pace — especially when emotions feel difficult or unfamiliar.

    I don’t diagnose or label.
I create space, ask thoughtful questions, and support men in reconnecting with themselves — their emotions, their awareness, and their inner stability.

For some, this space becomes a turning point — particularly during separation or major life change.
For others, it’s simply somewhere they don’t have to pretend.

Simon Verhage — Clinical Hypnotherapist and Men's Mind Cave founder
