1. Grounding (5 minutes)
Simple breathing or nervous-system reset to slow things down.

2. Guided topic (30–40 minutes)
Focused exploration of real issues men face — stress, confidence, purpose, relationships, discipline, and direction.

3. Open sharing (20–30 minutes)
Optional, confidential, no pressure to speak.

4. Takeaways & actions (5 minutes)
One clear insight or action to take into your week.

How a Men's Mind Cave session works

Why I Built This

Simon is a qualified clinical hypnotherapist. The Men’s Mind Cave combines structured emotional support with evidence-based techniques for nervous system regulation and self-awareness — in a space built specifically for men.

Sensitivity isn’t weakness — it’s awareness without the tools to regulate it.

I created this space after a period of feeling lost — with no sense of belonging, and feeling like I was being someone I wasn’t.

I’m also a dad who’s been through relationship breakdown with children involved — questioning why things went wrong, and carrying the emotional weight silently. I know what that feels like.

I know what it’s like to feel drained, switch off early, and feel like you’ve lost control of your own energy and motivation.

The Men’s Mind Cave exists because too many men are carrying pressure in silence — functioning, coping, and pushing on, without ever understanding what’s actually going on inside them.

Many men are emotionally sensitive beings, deeply affected by separation, loss, and changes in family life — even if they’ve never been taught to see themselves that way.

When that sensitivity has nowhere to go, it becomes internal pressure, shutdown, anger, or anxiety.

That’s exactly what this space is here to change.
